Scrubs Buy

I really would like to get a dead dog like Rowdy that JD and Turk have on Scrubs. It would be so cool to be able to take him to the park and put roller skates on him and take him for a walk.

Is there a place you can order a stuffed dead dog from?

No lie, my friend had his beloved dog stuffed when it died last year…….$6,000!!!!!!!! And it looks like a stuffed dead dog. Pretty creepy.

BUT….the guy who did it, who is known for doing pets, told him that there are times when people pay and NEVER pick up the stuffed pet because they realized they could not live with it. He was trying to sell those for a cheaper price.

So, if you contact a taxidermist that does pets, they may have one that someone didn't pick up that they want to sell. Still not too cheap I bet.

I understand that as long as teh appliance of make-up compliments a person in an appropriate way, it is acceptable. However, is there a certain age limit to when girls should use limit to avoid damaging as little of their skin as possible?
After all, they are still young with supple skin- wouldn't products such as dead sea facial scrubs abrase/damage it?

I agree with the first answer. Girls who don't have acne shouldn't waste their money and time on exfoliating scrubs, moisturizers, etc…You're right, exfoliating scrubs aren't necessary for young girls.

Kids (boys and girls) should wash their faces daily, with plain water. To wash away sweat, dirt, etc…

But once a girl gets acne (usually around 11-14), she should use a gentle facial cleanser at morning and night. I like Cetaphil cleanser, personally.

I have a daughter in the health care profession and have bought many sets of scrubs for her, there are many patterns and colours for her to choose from but now my son is entering the health care field, trying to find them for him is much harder, unisex is what we found, out of curiosity does anyone know the difference between all three?

I've never seen a difference in the scrubs that most people wear (eg. in the OR), but I know that there are plenty of catalogs that sell stuff like that for health care providers or anyone else who wants it. Really all it is, I truly believe, is that these companies try to make as many different thing/styles as possible to make as much money as possible. It's just like any other catalog - If you see something you like, they want you to buy it. But I don't think that there really is a "standard" for male and female scrubs.

Anybody know a good website? Laundry pins leave enormous holes in ther scrubs and the regular sewing ones are a bit too flimsy. And untrustworthy. I work in Radiology and prefer to put my rings back on when done in surgery. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

you can find decorative safty pins in most scrapbooking stores or places that sell scrapbooking supplies.Try hobby lobby, or look at scrapbooksupplystore.com. Walmart sells scrapbooking supplies, as do some office supply stores. If you still can't find any, try one of these other options…
*Tie the rings onto the string in your surgical cap
*Wear a simple chain necklace that you can put them on that can be tucked into your scrubs
*Buy one of those small travelers pouches that go under clothing to prevent theft for tourists, (they are VERY small and have a zipper pocket) search preventing pickpocketing etc ( I found some a while back sorry cant remember the site)
*or just don't wear them to work

i heard a rumor that there are going to be two more seasons of scrubs.
Is this true? and if so does anybody know when they start?

Can I use cleansing facial scrubs (with beads in them) more often or more vigorously to get the effects of microdermabrasion? Can scrubs rub off enough layers of the skin to reduce age spots?
Hi, thank you for your answers so far. The thing is that I live in a country where they don't sell any of the home micro-dermabrasion creams/kits. All I can get are regular scrub face washes (from supermarket) — so please respond keeping this in mind. Sorry I didn't mention this at the beginning!
