why are nurses allowed to go home in their uniforms, then going back full of bugs!?

nurse’s uniforms should be clean and sterile as possible at all times.
I am a radiographer and would never dream of going to and from work in my uniform, although i know lots of staff who do just because they are lazy. My hospital is trying to crack down on this but some staff claim that they have no changing facilities. Also some people u might see are community nurses who may be helping a patient to shop or taking them to an appointment. but i completely agree with u
