Are there any sites where I can get scrubs with NO SHIPPING fee?

I need more scrubs because they are my uniform, but I really don’t want to pay shipping and handling. I’ve looked all over and can’t find any without a catch. For example “free shipping when you spend so much”. Those prices are usually ridiculous, I am not planning on spending any more that 35 dollars on scrubs, so that whole deal gets me no where. I just want FREE SHIPPING!
If you join the Tafford email list, they always have some kind of coupon - and a lot of times, it includes free shipping: http://www.tafford.com - their scrubs are the best, I get most of my scrubs there!

Where do you live state/country i know that where i live (California) most uniform stores sell them and i know of at least 3 stores in 3 different malls that only sell scrubs and they have lots of cool ones too
